从语言基础及语篇结构角度出发 ,提出英语写作训练的基本构想 ,认为词汇和单句的写作能力是英语书面表达的基础 ;熟练掌握英语语篇结构模式是英语书面表达重点突出、结构性强的关键 ;而学生进行大量写作练习则是提高其英语书面表达能力的最佳途径 ,应贯穿在写作学习的始终

Some Proposals for the Teaching of College English Writing

This paper proposes an outline of training English writing on the basis of teaching and learning basic linguistic knowledge and English text patterns. The author thinks that vocabulary and sentence writing is the base of students' writing ability and the key to effective writing is the skilled mastery of English text patterns. The best way for students to improve their writing ability is to practise Enghish writing as much as possible.
