少数民族特困人口问题是关系到我国人口与可持续发展战略和民族团结与共同发展繁荣的重要而特殊的问题.由于历史、自然生产力发展水平等因素影响,贵州仍有一定数量的少数民族特困人口.对这些特殊群体解决温饱,走向富裕,实现可持续发展必须结合地情寻求多种途径予与解决.本文通过对贵州三个少数民族社区移迁安置状况进行了实地调查,并进行分析研究.

Poverty Alleviation and Resettlement of Poor Population in Underdeveloped Multi-ethnic Areas by Means of Resettlement--A Case Study in Three Arese of Guizhou

The improvement of the living standard of the ethnic minorities has much to do with the sustainable development of China, ethnic unity and shared prosperity. Historical and natural factors result in some poor ethnic minority people. To help them live above the breadline, march towards wealth and realize sustainable development, we must explore a variety of means based on the local conditions. This paper analyses the resettlement of the poor ethnic minority people in three communities of Guizhou Province.
