| 摘 要： | 随着3G的发展，手机媒体为政府信息公开提供了一种全新的方式，它使公众能够更加方便、快捷地了解政府信息，但目前政府并未充分利用好手机媒体发布信息的优势。为了使政府能够更有效地利用手机媒体，从我国国情出发，建立了手机媒体发布政府信息的系统模型，建立了由党的新闻宣传部门牵头，新闻出版、广电和电信等部门相配合的体制。

| Abstract: | With the development of 3G, mobile media provides another new way for government to issue information, which enables the public to be more convenient and faster to get government information. But government did not take full advantage of mobile media to publish information. Considering our national conditions, we establish a system model to enable the government to use mobile media effectively, which is led by the Party''s propaganda departments and matched by journalism, publishing, broadcasting and telecommunications sectors. |
