| Abstract: | With the constant promotion of financial innovation,a number of securitizations of insurance risk products are born.The production and development of the catastrophic insurance securitizations is introduced at first,then especially the catastrophic option and its mechanism of shifting the risk is analyzed.Finally,combining it with our country's actual conditions the positive meanings and difficulties of introducing catastrophic option to the market of insurance to our country are analyzed. |
