Impact of Surplus Rural labor Transfer on Reemployment Problem of Laid-offs

The surplus rural labor transfer and the problem of laid-off have been the biggest concern of the whole society.The transfer of the surplus rural labor will bring forth great pressure on the reem- ployment of laid-off workers,causing a acute competition between them and the reemployment of laid -off workers will become more difficult.The reasons of such impact are analyzed.Some suggestions are proposed as to how to relieve this impact on reemployment of laid-off workers.
