社会焦虑的成因与缓解之策

如今,社会焦虑现象几乎弥漫在整个中国社会的方方面面,并已成为当今中国一个比较明显的时代标志。产生社会焦虑的主要原因在于:社会经济整体利益结构正在发生全方位、大幅度而且是急剧的调整;社会风险因素的空前增加;许多社会成员信仰的丢失;社会缺乏正常的秩序和规则体系。社会焦虑会造成大面积的社会负面效应:社会焦虑会引发许多越轨行为;社会焦虑会加重人们不切实际的高期望值心理和相应的短期化行为;社会焦虑会催生某些有害的群体行为。就社会焦虑现象的缓解而言,至少需要做好以下几个方面的工作:打造公正合理的规则体系;建立一个初级的民生保障体系;尽可能地实现充分就业。

The Causes of Social Worry and Strategies of Relief

Now social worry exists everywhere in China,which has become a mark of times.The causes for it are that economic benefit is changing greatly;social risk is increasing;belief is lost;normal order and rule system are few in the society,from which negative effects come: more and more acts are beyond the normal order;short-term acts are increasing;some groups that are dangerous to the society appear.To relieve this worry,we should make a just and proper system,set up a primary security system for the common people and create more employment opportunities.
