| 摘 要： | 我国公路实行收费制已有20余年，在我国公路建设中起到了举足轻重的作用。通过对公路收费理论的经济分析，对公路收费政策的经济评价，研究收费政策对交通事业和国民经济发展的影响。收费理论研究的出发点应着重考虑收费制度的合理性问题，考虑收费对区域经济总体的影响，同时应加强政府对公路收费的监管力度。
