| Abstract: | Computer hackering is a special criminal phenomenon relevant to computer network.Hackers as the subject of computer crimes possess rather complex characteristics.This article,based on the theories of criminology and criminal jurisprudence,distinguishes the different types of hackers,and explores ways and methods to curb and reduce hacker crimes.The aim of the article is to effectively maintain the order of computer network and protect web security. |
