论大学生的科技创新活动

大学生就业难已经成为当今社会一个不争的事实，除就业市场等客观因素外，大学生的创新能力还相当欠缺，达不到用人单位的要求，而创新能力的培养是通过开展大学生科技创新活动来提高的，因此，大学生科技创新活动的意义是重大的，虽然目前大学生科技创新活动取得了相当可喜的成绩，但还存在一定的问题，应从制度建设、建立竞赛机制、加强指导教师和学生科技创新骨干队伍建设、推进实验室开放、建立大学生科技创新基地等几个方面来开创大学生科技创新活动的新局面，使之得到健康、深入、持久的发展。

In the modern society, difficulty of university graduates＇ job-hunting has been a well-known fact. In addition to the objective factors such as the job market, the university students＇ lack of innovative ability cannot meet the requirements of the employing units. The innovative ability is cultivated through the scientific and technological innovation activities. Therefore, the university students＇ scientific and technological innovation activities are of great significance. Although the university students＇ scientific and technological innovation activities have made considerable gratifying resuhs, but there are still some problems. Several aspects should be taken into account to initiate a new situation in scientific and technological innovation activities such as system construction, the establishment of competition mechanism, strengthening the team construction of the tutors and the students in scientific and technological innovation, propulsion of the laboratory opening and setting up scientific and technological innovation bases for university students, so that it can develop healthily and deeply for a long time.
