| 摘 要： | 规避是国际反倾销的产物,反规避是国际反倾销措施的新趋势。反规避调查条款,是20世纪80年代初由欧美从反倾销实践中发展起来的。自我国加入WTO以来,遭遇反规避调查的案件呈增多趋势,对我国国际贸易造成了不良影响。面对这一现象,我们应采取措施积极应对反规避调查这一国际贸易新壁垒。

| Abstract: | Evading is a result of international anti-dumping,and anti-evading is accodingly the new tendency of international anti-dumping measures.The clauses of anti-evading investigation were developed from European and American's anti-dumping practices in 1980s.Since China entered WTO,the number of anti-evading investigation cases which cause bad influence on our international trade has been increased.Therefore,active measures to cope with anti-evading investigation,the new barrier of the international trade,should be Taken. |
