现代教育教学本体的构成机制和逻辑层面

摘    要:文章考察了现代教育教学关系这样一个涉及创造性人才培养的原点性问题,动态地剖析了“以人为本”、“以学生为本”和“以自由为本”三个命题的内在肌理和逻辑层面,以此把握教师主体和学生主体的价值本质,设定教育教学关系中双重主客体机制,从目的性角度认识和把握现代教育教学活动的目标指向,构建创造性人才培育的终极趋向。依据动态的逻辑演进,又进一步推论出“以新型教育教学关系为本”的现代教育理念。

Abstract:This paper is about an origin question concerning the training of c reative talents in the modern education and teaching relations. The internal mec hanism and logic levels are dynamically analyzed of the three propositions that are " human being as the essence" ; " student as the essence" and " freedo m as the essence" . The purpose is to grasp the value nature of teacher essence and student essence. The double subjectivity and objectivity mechanism should b e established in the education and teaching relations. The target direction of m odern education and teaching activities should be made clear in the point view o f purpose in order to construct the terminal tendency of creative talent trainin g. A modern education thought taking new education and teaching relations as ess ence is further inferred according to the dynamic logic deduction.
