曾公亮与王安石变法

曾公亮作为北宋政坛上的三朝元老，影响力极大。早年即有变革之心的他，在王安石变法中不但大力举荐王安石主持变法大局，而且在变法过程中还给予王安石相当程度地支持，这对变法起到极大的促进作用。但是，随着变法的深入，他与王安石在变法认识上的分歧日渐严重，加之其它方面的原因，最终他不得不从正面退出变法舞台，没能成为所谓坚定的变法派。

Zeng Gongliang and reforms by Wang Anshi

Zeng Gong Liang was one very important grand old minister of Ren, Ying, Shen dynasty in the Northern Song. He had strong political force. He had notions of reform in the year one. So, did not only he try his best to recommend Wang An Shi to preside reforms, but also made great efforts to hold out it and brought very good function. However, along with process of reform he retreated from face and did not turn into a firm supporter of reforms because of badly disagreements and other reasons on reforms.
