| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国现有高校贫困生“奖、贷、助、补、减、勤”资助体系及其不足 ,阐述了国际贫困生资助政策从无偿资助向有偿资助转变等发展趋势 ,提出了构建我国贫困生资助体系的七个方面设想。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the aiding system of scholarship, loans, grants, subsidies, reduction of fees and part-time jobs to help the poorundergraduates in our country and its disadvantages, discusses the international trend of switching from free aids to compensationed ones and proposes structuring an aiding system for poor students in our country from seven aspects. |
