| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,欧洲国家在旧建筑的适应性再利用方面已经积累了丰富的经验。将这些经验进行总结归纳,分析不同类型旧建筑适应性再利用的原则和方法,总结其生态、经济和文化意义,对中国城市建设中旧建筑的利用与改造具有指导和借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | Since the 1980s,European countries have accumulated rich experience on adaptive reuse of old buildings.Summarizing those experience,analyzing the principles and ways of adaptive reuse in different kinds of old buildings,and concluding the ecolog- ical,economic and cultural significance,could be an important reference to the reuse and renovation of the old buildings in China. |
