The Creative Education Mode Exploration for the Engineering Masters

With the development of national economy, China has been progressing in development in the scientific outlook for the innovative country. Therefore, with policy for the national masters has been changing from the emphasis on the academic level to the professional level in order to meet the need of the socialist market economy. It is necessary to develop the engineering master in the current situation. Additionally it is urgent to explore creative mode of cultivation for the engineering masters in the aspect of the brand feature, engineering awareness, engineering practice and engineering capability. Firstly, it is to connect the engineering needs and based on the creativity and openness; secondly it is necessary to combine the theory teaching and practice to develop the wide scale creative teaching program system. Thirdly, it is important to link the need in engineering to explore the creative teaching methods based on the teacher instructed and student centered mode.
