基于教育公平理论的高校资助体系构建

随着高等教育改革不断深入，高校贫困生单一的经济资助模式显露出了新的问题和矛盾，以教育公平理论为基础，对高校贫困生资助体系重新解读和构建，建立科学的贫困生认定制度和社会助学的良性环境，优化“奖、贷、助、补、减”多层次资助内容，物质资助与精神资助相结合，以期达到高等教育“助困”和“育人”双重目标，实现贫困大学生的全面发展。

The Construction of Higher Education Institutions Aid System Based on the Educational Equity Theory

Along with the deepening reform of the higher education, there are new problems and contradictions for the aid system for poor undergraduates. Following the principle of educational equity, the paper constructs the system from the viewpoint of start point equity, process equity and result equity, establishes scientific poverty accreditation system, and optimizes financial aid contents to achieve the goal of financing poor students and educating people.
