科技创新可持续化及其实现途径

摘    要:科技创新可持续化是对传统科技创新理论的一种全新诠释和定向改变,要求在科技创新过程中全面引入可持续发展思想与理论;科技创新可持续化对可持续发展系统具有促进功能和协调功能;科技创新可持续化的实现途径包括建立技术层面的保证体系,管理层面的控制体系,创新环境的支撑体系和价值层面的评价体系。

Abstract:The sustainability of science-and-technology creation is a new explanation and approach to its traditional theory and it requires that the sustainable development conception and theory be considered in the process of science-and-technology creation. It has promoting and coordinative functions in the sustainable development system. It can be realized through such channels as constituting guaranteeing system on technology level, controlling system on management level, supporting system on creation environment level and evaluating system on value level.
