老莱子墓为何在株洲

春秋晚期著名思想家老莱子晚年自江陵蒙山下江南南移,穿过水网密布的松滋、监利和公安一带的江汉平原,过长江后进入湖南常德地区,经洞庭湖溯湘江而上,最后隐居在距湘江河边约20华里的株洲良图塅。逝世后葬株洲良图塅余家祠。老莱子墓在株洲,古籍有载,地点清晰,古碑留证,维修有序,全国惟一。
