摘    要:基层公务员的学习导向对工作绩效有显著正向影响;基层公务员表现导向越强或领导权威越低,学习导向对工作绩效的正向影响越强;高学习导向或高工作经验情况下,表现导向对工作绩效呈显著正向影响。

Abstract:The learning orientation of grass-root civil servants strongly and positively affects their working performance. Stronger performance orientation or lower authoritative leadership will result in more positive influence, and the relationship of performance orientation and working performance is significantly positive for individuals with high learning orientation or high working experience.
