| 摘 要： | 名人故居,尤其是近现代名人故居,在史料保存、文化传承方面具有重要作用。名人故居保护应当是政府的责任,属于其提供公共服务的内容之一。在政府责任实现途径上,首先应当树立保护意识,将名人故居保护纳入工作内容;其次,需要在厘清责任主体的同时,通过立法、政策等多种方式建立切实有效的保护机制。

| Abstract: | The former residences of celebrities, especially those in modern times, play an important role in historical material preservation and cultural heritage. Celebrity residence preservation should be the responsibility of the government, since it is one of the public service. To realize the government＇ s responsibility we should first establish protection awareness, and bring the protection into work, then we need to clarify the liability subject and establish effective protection mechanism through legislation, policy etc. |
