| 摘 要： | 通过对修订后的刑法与原刑法的相互比较,分析了原刑法的主观主义特点及其主观主义的主要表现和修订后的刑法的客观主义特点及其倾向于客观主义的主要表现,并阐述了修订后的刑法向客观主义倾斜的进步意义之所在。
