通识教育呼唤高校教学及课程体系改革

摘    要:随着高等教育改革的不断深化,加强通识教育以培养复合型人才成为当务之急。本文从市场经济对人才的要求已由过去的专业对口转向注重培养人才的能力和素质这一基点出发,着重论述了高校教学与课程体系的改革对实行通识教育,培养人才的重要性和必然性。

Abstract:With the further reform in Chinese colleges, multi-knowledge education for training multi-talented people has become a task of top priority. The market economy focuses on the competence and qualities of the talent rather than the former interest in specialty. The paper discusses the importance and necessity of multi-knowledge education which can be achieved only through the reform of teaching and the syllabus.
