| 摘 要： | 尽管国家为助学贷款的推行出台了很多优惠政策 ,可是助学贷款在实施时依然困难重重。为使国家助学贷款步入健康发展的道路 ,应从提高认识、引导学生消费意识、加强学生信用教育及完善个人信用体系等方面建立健全相关制度。

| Abstract: | Although China has provided many favor policies to push for the National Students' Assistance Loan, its implementation still faces great difficulties. Only when we improve cognition for the loan, properly induct students' consumption consciousness, enhance their credit education and establish excellent individual credit system, can the NSAL be carried out in a perfect way. |
