中国与独联体国家之间的合作交流由来已久。在今年哈洽会期间，来自俄罗斯、乌克兰、哈萨克斯坦等国的1O位外国专家畅谈中国与独联体国家之间的交流合作。

Exchange and Cooperation between China and the Commonwealth of Independent States

The International China Harbin Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation was held on June 15 to June 19 in Harbin.Apart from Heilongjiang province,Guangdong province and Jilin province established cooperation with member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.The cooperation between China and the Commonwealth of Independent States created an international platform for Chinese and foreign businesspeople for investment negotiation,trade and the spread of friendship."I hope more and more senior experts from the Commonwealth of Independent Sates can work in China,and countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States can draw advanced technologies and China work experience.It is a win-win situation," said Ognev Yulyevich,an electric power expert from Russia.
