| 摘 要： | 在《盛世危言》中,郑观应从人道主义立场出发,表达了对包括狱囚、贩奴在内的“弱势群体”的强烈关注,并提出了从教育培训到设置救济机构乃至舆论监督等救助策略。这些策略服务于他“富强救国”的根本目的,对我们现在救助弱势群体、建设和谐社会有很强的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In his book warning in a time of prosperity,Zheng guanying expresses his intense attention to "weak groups" including the imprisoned and traded slaves from a humanistic view and raises some strategies in helping them in terms of instructive training and the establishing of salvation institutions and even consensus supervision.These strategies serve his ultimate aim of "getting rich and saving the nation",which can be used by us for reference in our current mission of helping weak groups and constructing a harmonious community. |
