| 摘 要： | 马克思提出的重建个人所有制指的是全社会范围的生产资料公有制,绝不是生产资料的私有制.将股票说成是马克思的重建个人所有制采取的形式,篡改和歪曲了马克思的理论.谢韬、辛子陵的私有化主张是妄图改变改革的社会主义方向.
