| Abstract: | Du Fu was a great poet with "military ideas". He knew the art of war as well as military plan. He also had insight into strategy of war. To study his thoughts of war is helpful to have a good understanding of his thoughts and action and also the relationship between the war and the people in the Tang dynasty. |
