| 摘 要： | 紧密结合连云港市住房公积金制度实施以来的状况进行分析,并针对非公企业建立职工住房公积金所遇到的难点问题逐一剖解,提出了有效促进催建催缴工作的相应对策和建议,旨在提高公积金覆盖率和提升其互助性的同时,维护中低收入者的合法权益,增强住房公积金的社会保障作用。

| Abstract: | Closely related to the current situation after the implementation of housing accumulation fund system in the city of Lianyungang,aimed at analyzing the problems facing non-public-owned enterprises,countermeasures and strategies were proposed to effectively advance the urging for construction and payment.The purpose is to increase the coverage rate of accumulation fund and improve its mutual aid,meanwhile,the legal rights of medium and low income group are guaranteed;the social security function of housing accumulation fund is reinforced. |
