高职人才供求矛盾及其对策

本文试图从高职人才的就业现状、人才培养的紧缺及其解决这一矛盾的对策等方面对这一矛盾加入探析和解决 ,试图从积极引导加大投入 ,加快提升办学层次 ;转变学生的成才观念 ,激发学生成才意识 ;加强宣传引导 ,消除认识上的偏见探讨解决问题的办法。

The Contradiction Between the Supplies and Demands of Talents from Vocational School and Its Policy

Nowadays,in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and in the advancee of industrialization and citification,China has a great demand of the talents from vocational school.However,in fact,there is an outstanding contradiction between the insufficiency of sutdents' enrollment and the deficiency of talents from vocational school.This paper attempts to have a deep analysis and resolution to this cotradiction through some aspects such as the present situation of employment,deficiency of talents' cultivation and the plocy to solve this problem.This paper also attempts to brainstorm the resoluton through guiding actively and enhancing in vestment to promote and level of school;changing the ideas of talents and inspiring the awareness of elites;strengthening publicizing and guiding;eliminating the bias in understanding.
