人口安全研究述评及思考

人口安全属于非传统安全领域的概念，人口安全是21世纪我国社会经济发展面临的一个重大问题。本文从人口安全释义、人口安全思想溯源、国家及区域（或领域）性人口安全研究现状以及人口安全测度等角度对相关研究进行述评，并指出，我们不可能期望人口本身及其发展是绝对安全的，只能接受一定风险水平条件下的相对安全的人口发展模式，关键在于识别风险因子，寻求规避人口风险、确保人口安全的具体措施。

Summaries & considerations about the Researches of Population Security

Population security is a concept of unconventional security, and it is an important problem that our country socialeconomy development must meet in 21 century. This paper reviews the researches about population security, including its meaning, throught source, national and regional current researches and its measurement. And this paper argues that it is im- possible to expect absolute population security, we can only accept relative security with certain risk level. How to identify risk factors and look for the means to evade the population risk is where the shoe pinches.
