SA8000标准的中性透析及我国的对策

SA8000是全球首个社会责任认证体系,是继ISO9000I、SO14000之后的又一重要标准。SA8000是符合经济社会发展趋势的,它既是管理理念进步的产物,也是发达国家以“人权”为借口对发展中国家设置的贸易壁垒。SA8000短期内势必增加我国劳动密集型出口企业的运作成本,提高产品价格,使其丧失竞争优势。但长期看,它有利于我国企业竞争优势的转型和产业结构的升级,是经济社会发展的推动力。政府和企业应积极面对SA8000的挑战,尽量使其为我所用。

On the Neutrality of SA8000 and the Countermeasures in China

SA8000 is the first social accountability system and an important standard after ISO9000 and ISO14000.SA8000 is consistent with the economic and social development,whilst it can be a new trade barrier to the developing countries in the name of human rights.In the short term,SA8000 will undoubtedly those of raising the operating costs of most of the Chinese exporting enterprises,especially the labor intensive ones.But in the long term,it can benefit the transformation of the competitive advantage and the upgrade of the structure of industries.So it is also a great impetus to the development of our economy and society.Our government and enterprises should change their hostile attitude to SA8000 which is an unavoidable trend.If we can optimistically consider it as a challenge and an opportunity and make full use of its advantages,then SA8000 will truly benefit our country and people.
