| 摘 要： | 人际吸引理论是社会心理学的重要理论,也是现代教育教学可以借鉴的理论。从人际吸引的各项因素入手梳理教师人际吸引力对课程教学的具体影响,研究提升教师人际吸引力的可行方法。教师人际吸引力研究对提高课程教学效果具有现实的可操作性。

| Abstract: | The theory of interpersonal attraction which can be applied in modern education is an important theory of social psychology.It is from various factors of interpersonal attraction to make clear detailed influences of teachers' interpersonal attraction to teaching,to research feasible methods to improve teachers' interpersonal attraction.The research on interpersonal attraction of teachers is practical to improve teaching effect. |
