普通高校教师满意度影响因素调查

摘    要:高校教师的满意度是高校的幸福指数,是高校管理的"晴雨表"。问卷调查获得的数据统计分析结果显示,应从教师自身因素、学校方面的因素以及教师与岗位的匹配程度三个方面去寻找影响教师满意度的因素。对普通高校教师工作满意度影响最为直接且最大的是薪酬水平的高低,其次是教师的期望与报酬的匹配程度,再次就是年龄。

Abstract:The teachers' satisfaction degree is a happiness index of university,and the barometer of university management.The results from the statistical analysis on questionnaire survey datum show that we should explore the factors affecting the teacher's satisfaction degree in aspects of university factors,teacher factors,as well as the factors of the matching degree of teachers and their posts.The most influential factors on the teacher's satisfaction degree of the common university is salary level,the second is ...
