基于胜任力与基于职位的人力资源管理比较

摘    要:基于胜任力和基于职位的人力资源管理体系在建立基础、管理理念、与战略联接的紧密程度、对环境的适应性、实现结果和应用范围等方面存在显著差异。同时,两者在胜任力模型构建和职位分析、人力资源规划、招聘录用、培训开发、绩效管理和薪酬管理各个职能方面也各有所长,两者之间可以互相借鉴、互为补充。
