| 摘 要： | 随着服务全球化趋势的加强,服务业日益成为外商直接投资的重点,外资将成为中国现代服务业发展的重要推动力。笔者以中国为研究对象,探讨服务业外国直接投资流入与制造业生产率之间的关系。实证结果表明,中国服务业FDI的流入能够促进制造业生产率的提高,其主要作用机制是资本溢出效应。该结论表明,中国经济发展方式的转变,可以依赖于营造有利于服务业发展的政策和体制环境,加快服务业对内对外开放步伐,有效承接服务业外商直接投资。
