| 摘 要： | 以就业为导向,以能力培养为本位,加强实践技能培养,以实践能力的提高来提升毕业生的就业竞争力,已经成为我国高等职业教育的基本目标和方向。该文通过对高职学生就业竞争力的内涵分析,证实了高职学生实践技能培养与就业竞争力提升之间的内在关联性,提出高职院校强化学生实践技能培养的策略。
