| 摘 要： | 制度是人类社会中人们行为的准则。独立学院作为高等教育的重要组成部分,离不开制度建设,特别是必须推进独立学院发展的制度创新。该文从独立学院的发展历史入手,指出制度缺位是影响独立学院独立办学的重要因素,只有进行制度创新,才能使独立学院走上真正的独立道路。
