职业性别隔离歧视理论小议

摘    要:本文主要对解释职业性别隔离成因的理论,包括经济模式的偏好歧视理论、人力资本理论、统计性歧视理论和双元劳动市场理论,和社会制度模式的社会歧视论和社会性别理论进行了简单地介绍和分析,并提出自己的观点:将它们结合起来将更全面和更系统地解释隔离问题。

Abstract:There are many theories about occupational sex segregation, such as (1) economic theories which include Theory of Taste for Discrimination, Human Capital Theory, Statistical Discrimination Theory, and the Theory of Dual Labor Market; and (2) social institution theories which include Social Discrimination Theory, and Gender Theory . This article first introduces these theories, and then analyses their defects. Finally, it puts forward it is better to connect them to explain the occupational sex segregation.
