摘 要: | 目前,我国普通中学盛行行政班级授课制,这在新世纪的发展形势下有诸多局限,而目标分层教学可以弥补这些局限。它是按照学生的实际水平、爱好、能力、个性、特长等进行分班,以充分挖掘每个学生的潜能,发展学生的特长个性,帮助学生成才为目的的教学组织形式。

Abstract: | The administrative class teaching form is very popular in middle schools at present time,which displays much limitation in the new century.Instead,the teaching with graded goals can remedy such limitation by dividing class according to student's proficiency,interest,ability,personality and speciality,so as to tap their potential to the full,develop their special ability,and help them succeed in their learning. |
