| 摘 要： | 长期以来 ,苏联共产党内一直存在着超越历史阶段的倾向。这种倾向不是始于“战时共产主义”时期 ,更不是通常所说的斯大林时期 ,而是始于十月革命前列宁在《四月提纲》中对俄国革命性质和任务的判断。这种超越历史阶段的倾向 ,就其实质而言 ,是对国情缺乏正确的认识 ,就其思想根源来说 ,则是俄罗斯传统中存在的民粹主义

| Abstract: | For a long time, the Soviet Communist Party had a tendency to surpass history stage. The tendency didn't begin from Wartime Communism, or Stalin, but it began from the estimation to the character and task of Soviet revolution in Lenin's April Syllabus. The tendency indicates that the leaders of USSR couldn't make a proper judgement to the situation of their country. Furthermore, the tendency shows that there existed Populism in the tradition of USSR. |
