Policy factor analysis of Chinese economic backwardness in Ming and Qing dynasties

Traditional agriculture society was declining in Ming and Qing dynasties,which was the consequence of many historical factors interaction.And the important one is the impact of the government negative economic policies.These negative policies include as following: the industrial policies which suppress agriculture,foreign trade policies which close the door,fiscal and taxation policy which collect high and heavy taxes,and so on.With new economical history research method,the paper analyzed the government economic policies of Chinese economic backwardness in Ming and Qing dynasties.It is significant for summarizing historical experience and prompting the later generations.
