摘    要:从介绍吉林省国有企业人力资源管理现状入手,分析国有企业人力资源管理现状产生的原因,最后针对我省国有企业存在的问题提出若干完善和加强国有企业人力资源管理建议和对策。

Abstract:This article starts from introducing the present situation of the Jilin Province state-owned enterprise human resources management,then analyses the reasons of the emergence of the state-owned enterprise human resources present management situation, finally aims at the questions which state-owned enterprise exists in our province to propose some certain countermeasures and sugges-tions.
