| 摘 要： | 青年教师是学校的未来,学校发展水平的高低,很大程度上取决于青年教师队伍建设的水平。怎样寻求适合青年教师心理发展特征和行之有效的方法,采用什么样的方式来加强培养青年教师,作为教育管理者,我们有责任为他们创设健康成长的工作环境,从而充分发挥他们的潜能,提高教育教学质量。
