| 摘 要： | 资金短缺导致我国基础设施建设投资资金长期不足,充分开展项目融资吸引外资可为基础设施建设开拓更广泛的天地。BOT、TOT、ABS和PPP作为国际融资的不同方式,在基础设施项目融资领域各有所长,应根据具体项目的实际情况加以区分运用。本文对这四种项目融资方式进行了对比分析,并探讨四种融资方式在我国的适用情况。

| Abstract: | A lack of capital is the cause of long term insufficient investment in infrastructure construction in China, and to bring project financing into full play is a key step for attracting foreign capital in infrastructure construction. BOT, TOT, ABS and PPP are four different ways of international financing, and they serve different purposes in infrastructure project financing, and should be differentiated in each specific situation. This article compares these four project financing methods and discusses their applicability in China. |
