试论我国政治体制改革的难点──研读《邓小平文选》有感

本文以邓小平关于有中国特色的社会主义理论为指导，分析了我国政治体制改革的双重奋斗目标，即建立防止出现全局性、长时期决策失误的民主政体和建立适应市场取向的经济体制改革需要的行政体制；具体探讨了在我国政治体制改革中，如何准确地把握改革的紧迫性与渐进性、理想性与现实性，如何借鉴西方发达国家的经验而又不脱离中国的现实国情，如何科学地把握民主的内容与形式、民主的阶级实质与实现程度之间的关系等若干问题。

On Extent of Difficulty for China's Reform of Political System

In light of Deng Xiaping's theory and proceeding from China's two -fold strategic targetin reforming political system, i.e. establishing a democratic political system capable of preventing overall and long-range mistake in decision-making and an administrative mechanismsuitable for the market-oriented reform of econmic system, this essay studies the followingproblems: how to correctly deal with the relationship between urgency and gradualness, necessityand reality of the reform;how to make use of the advanced foreign experiences in the light ofChina's contemporary situation, how to scientifically handle the relationship between the contentand form of democracy, between its class nature and degree of realiaation,etc.
