| 摘 要： | 社会公正的理念是不断发展的,高级的社会形态要比较低级的社会形态更具有现实的公正性。在当前的历史条件下,社会公正是机会的公正。教育公平既是社会公正的组成部分,也是实现社会公正的基础和有效的手段。在我国现阶段,实现教育公平,最重要的是全面贯彻实施义务教育。
