| 摘 要： | 利用博弈论的方法论证了:如果在政府不干涉的假设下,人口自由的迁移会造成进入地区公共设施的过度使用,破坏进入地区原有的资源配置.中央政府的转移支付应在缩小地区发展差距上发挥作用,引导人口正向迁移.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the effect of transfer payment on migration by means of game theory. Under no government interference, free migration would result in the overuse of public facilities of immigrated region and break its resource allocation. The transfer payment of the central government should play parts in narrowing the gap in development among different regions and guide the migration in the direction of promoting development. |
