| 摘 要： | 老子在哲学思想上的成就,以及老子在管理国家和处理人际关系的许多主张,在中国历史上都有巨大的影响。本文中,笔者围绕老子关于“无为”的管理原则、“以人为本”的管理观、“以弱胜强”的管理策略、“大音希声;大象无形”的管理艺术等几个方面,对老子管理哲学的当代价值,进行了粗浅的分析和论述。
