| 摘 要： | 为保证城市发展对土地的需求,大量农用土地被征用.在现行的征地制度下,对农民土地的征用意味着土地的所有权由原来的集体所有转变成了永久的国家所有,更多农民失去了赖以生存和养老的根本--土地.

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the demand of land in urban development,a lot of peasants' land is expropriated.Under present system of land expropriation,the ownership right of the land,which is owned by peasants,is changed from original collective-owned right to perpetual state-owned right,and more peasants lost their land on which they depend for their existence and old-age pension. |
