| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept and connotation of ecological compensation to public welfare forests,expounds the necessity,means,and measures of such compensation,and summarizes the status quo of the compensation mechanism based on the compensation practice in Beijing.The purpose of the paper is to offer a solid theoretical ground for Beijing to become an ecological metropolitan characterized by coordinated and sustainable development. |
